Super protein Berry Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk (whole milk or non-dairy milk of choice, I like Coconut Milk)
  • 1/2 frozen or room temperature banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen blackberries
  • 1 tbsp whey protein
  • handful of fresh spinach leaves

Directions

Place all ingredients in your electric blender, beginning with the liquid, and blend until smooth.

Pour and enjoy!
