Ingredients
- 1 cup milk (whole milk or non-dairy milk of choice, I like Coconut Milk)
- 1/2 frozen or room temperature banana
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup frozen blackberries
- 1 tbsp whey protein
- handful of fresh spinach leaves
Directions
Place all ingredients in your electric blender, beginning with the liquid, and blend until smooth.
Pour and enjoy!
