Ingredients
2 cups unsweetened almond milk
2 tbsp peanut butter
1 – 2 tbsp flaxseed or psyllium husk *see notes
Handful spinach
1/4 cup strawberries
1 serving chocolate protein powder(20g)
Directions
1. Place ingredients in high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
*Note: If you find yourself struggling with constipation go with psyllium it is a bulk forming laxative. If you struggle with diarrhea go with flaxseed to help bulk up your stool.
