I’ve tried the restrictive diets and that only got me so far before I ended up falling off the wagon which got me right back to where I started, in constant pain.

Hi, I'm Christine!

Part cheerleader part tough love coach passionate about helping women feel confident and understanding of their bodies. 

 I was diagnosed with irritable bowel and constantly had an upset stomach. I was a avid runner for years but had to stop running due to the overwhelm of stress and my body shutting down.  I was devastated because this was one of the main ways I relieved my stress.  I found myself coming home from work every night eating a sleeve of Oreo cookies to deal with life stressors.

I am a Certified Health and Life Coach with a Masters in Social Work.  My clients call me part cheerleader part tough love coach. It is my passion to help individuals feel confident in their bodies and with the food they eat.
